Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Front End React Developer to design, develop, and support mission-critical production UIs for national security missions in Annapolis, MD. You will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize UIs, and contribute to architecture, CI/CD, and best practices within Agile teams.

The role emphasizes React/JavaScript expertise, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvements in a cloud-native environment, using a modern engineering stack.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline and 2 years of application design and development experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with JavaScript/Front End Development
• Experience with React is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support mission critical production UIs in support of the customer’s mission objectives.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues and optimize UIs.
• Contribute to architecture, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across Agile teams to deliver mission-focused solutions.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
