Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting minor construction/alteration projects and tracking progress.
• Experience liaising with customers, contractors, and maintenance personnel to address needs.

• Manage and coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and utility oversight to meet standards and schedules.
• Assist in administration of contracts by monitoring performance and reviewing invoices.
• Support minor construction projects by preparing statements of work and tracking progress.
• Serve as liaison between customers, contractors, and maintenance personnel for facility needs.
• Conduct inspections, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
