Job summary

The successful candidate will manage MEP systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of facility operations. This role is on-site, offering a compensation range of $95k–$130k annually depending on experience, along with various benefits, including stock options and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience with MEP building systems design or construction.
• Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles including refrigeration and chillers.
• Familiarity with National Electric Code and ASHRAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal project teams and contractors during engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Provide technical engineering support to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage design and development of documentation for projects.
