Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field with 7+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience on construction project sites or program management in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, or water.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and work overtime on short notice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct engineering projects including safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams and ensure efficient staff utilization.
• Lead client communications and occasional marketing activities.
• Establish project scope, review processes and quality guidelines.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and ensure project objectives are met.
