Job summary

CACI is seeking a Data Management Engineer to design data management architectures for ingestion, organization, and dissemination of OIE- and IW-related data. You will help build COPs and dashboards for leadership decision-making and advance knowledge management frameworks across programs.

You will enable cross-command information sharing while ensuring data governance, security, and compliant dissemination. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and hands-on cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Knowledge Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, knowledge management, or enterprise data architecture.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with data ingestion, cataloging, metadata, and dissemination workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
• Experience developing dashboards, COPs, or enterprise visualization tools.
• Familiarity with NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments and secure data dissemination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data management architectures for ingestion, organization, and dissemination of OIE- and IW-related data.
• Support development of COPs and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Design and sustain knowledge management frameworks supporting data ingestion, cataloging, retrieval, and visualization.
• Enable cross-task and cross-command information sharing while adhering to data governance requirements.
