Job summary

Omniscius Consulting is seeking a Cyberspace Defensive Analyst to support cyber defense operations in a mission-critical environment within the U.S. government landscape.

The role focuses on coordination of network defense, cybersecurity research, and incident support across DoD and related agencies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and holds an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Willingness and ability to support shift work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network defense operations with DoD Commands and U.S. Government organizations.
• Research cybersecurity capabilities supporting data protection and defense requirements.
• Analyze lifecycle of threats, attack vectors, and malware activity.
• Support cybersecurity capabilities deployment, including filtering and email security.
• Coordinate and support cyber-related incidents and coordination efforts.
• Develop and analyze Malware Analysis Reports and suspicious activity alerts.
• Identify and communicate potential malicious cyber activity.
• Engage with stakeholders across government and Defense Industrial Base on protection activities.
• Support defensive cyberspace operations in a fast-paced mission-focused environment.
