Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams in complex enterprise IT/service delivery.
• Track record of managing customer relationships, performance metrics, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for customer service delivery meeting SLAs and contracts.
• Serve as primary customer relationship manager with NASA leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, reviews, and executive briefings to improve services.
• Drive ITSM-based operational excellence, metrics, and continual service improvement.
