Job summary

SST Direct is seeking a Boots-to-the-ground leader in Phoenix, Arizona, to execute large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.

This role requires experience in managing site operations, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating multiple subcontractors effectively. A strong knowledge of building codes and project logistics is essential, and competitive pay along with health benefits will be provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading on‑site construction activities for large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors while coordinating effectively with general contractors, owners, and union representatives.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA, NFPA and NEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute large‑scale, mission‑critical construction projects from groundbreaking through commissioning.
• Own daily site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety standards and drive schedules to aggressive milestones.
