Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for complex enterprise systems.
• Cloud engineering experience in AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
• Programming, scripting, or software development experience.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, infrastructure, and system performance issues.
• Experience working with Linux or Windows server environments.
• Understanding of cloud services, automation, networking, and system administration concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to engineering teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer broadcast systems and related infrastructure.
• Support cloud-based systems, applications, and services used in broadcast operations.
• Troubleshoot system, application, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Develop, maintain, and improve scripts, tools, and software solutions to support system operations.
• Assist with automation of recurring technical support, monitoring, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, software development, and customer teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability across cloud and broadcast environments.
• Support configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-hosted applications or services.
• Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, system configurations, and operational guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, automation, and reliability.
• Support secure operations in accordance with customer and mission requirements.
