Job summary

Stantec in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Civil Engineering Technologist to work on Mission Critical Data Center projects. This position may be remote and requires experience in civil engineering design and drafting. Responsibilities include supporting engineering projects, delivering high-quality drafting using AutoDesk Civil 3D, and assisting civil engineers with site design and production plans. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of drafting experience on civil engineering and/or related projects.
• Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field is preferred, but not required if sufficient experience is demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects working directly with engineers and project managers.
• Deliver high quality drafting of engineering drawings and exhibits.
• Assist with maintaining and developing drafting standards.
• Draft plans for civil design projects utilizing AutoDesk Civil 3D.
• Perform site grading analysis and calculations.
• Assist civil engineers with overall plan production.
