The ideal candidate has 10+ years of system engineering experience, a BS in engineering, science, or related field, and hands-on MBSE and Link-16 knowledge.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with Huntsville, AL area residence or willing to relocate.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field.
10+ years of system engineering experience.
Experience with tactical C2 systems, weapons, or sensors.
Knowledge of Link-16; MIDS Ethernet integration desirable.
Experience in Agile environments and MBSE documentation.
Ability to work with contractors and government personnel.
US Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Develop system-level features describing MEI and CSCI behavior.
Lead reviews and adjudicate comments against features.
Document features using MBSE within an Agile workflow.
Collaborate with contractors, government civilians, and operators.
Ensure software capabilities meet intended users' needs.
