Job summary

You will lead captures for complex bids, coordinate with stakeholders, and translate technical needs into competitive options while aligning with sector-level Growth and Capture efforts. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network security.
• 5+ years of experience designing and architecting solutions tailored to mission requirements.
• Experience driving consensus, managing competing priorities, and executing technical strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Zero Trust solutions, roadmaps, and capabilities in alignment with industry standards.
• Experience in a cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership role.
• Experience with SAP IT.
• Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative architectures and roadmaps to enhance mission capabilities.
• Identify and win executable business for defense industry clients through technical innovative solutions in the business development lifecycle.
• Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, and strategic planning to expand client opportunities.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep leadership informed and engaged in advancing technologies.
