  • Identify process gaps or recurring documentation errors and support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing improvements, tracking actions, verifying implementation, and ensuring updates are reflected in procedures and forms.
  • Assist senior quality engineers in reviewing nonconformances, documenting dispositions, and helping manage nonconformance records across the facility, including tracking closure and ensuring rework/scrap/repair actions are properly recorded and documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and production floor personnel (inspection, assembly, operations) to ensure quality requirements and documentation are understood and followed, quality issues are resolved, and production is supported.
  • Provide clear, concise updates on quality issues, status of nonconformances, and required actions to team members and supervisors, and support cross‑functional containment activities when issues arise to protect the customer and maintain production flow.
