The Mission Advancement & Donor Engagement Coordinator manages the fundraising, philanthropic initiatives, builds donor relationships and supports Center organizational events.
Philanthropic Management: Oversees fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, annual campaigns and corporate donations.
Donor Relations: Build and nurture meaningful, lasting relationships with current donors, community stakeholders, local partners and identifies new prospective contributors.
Campaign & Endowment Growth: Organizes the internal staff campaigns. Grows the Foundation's endowment portfolio through planned giving.
Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of donor interactions and contributions.
Event Support: Provides support during Center and Foundation Special Events.
Collaboration: Partner with Center staff and leadership to align messaging with organizational funding priorities and community outreach.
Program Knowledge: Maintains an understanding of McNabb Center's regional mental health, substance abuse, and social services programming including funding and populations served.
