Qualifications

• Recent experience with missile tracking systems design and architecture, and sensor fusion techniques.
• Recent experience designing logic, assessing and scheduling satellite services to track missiles.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in system design and deployment.
• Experience with image processing (collection, handling, storing, and analysis).

Responsibilities

• Evolve, expand, integrate, test, and maintain ground entry points, centers, and infrastructure for operations.
• Perform systems engineering, defining interfaces and design behaviors.
• Schedule and monitor satellites and payloads to track missiles.
• Analyze missile tracking data from satellites to ground for rapid dissemination.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement.

M9 Solutions is seeking a Missile Tracking Systems Engineer to work hybrid remote/on‑site on a government contract for a client located in Scottsdale, AZ. A TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the evolution, expansion, integration, testing and maintenance of the ground entry points, operations centers, enterprise test and checkout capabilities and infrastructure management, including all development, systems engineering, integration, testing, maintenance, and site support.
• Systems engineering that includes decomposing requirements into architecture, internal and external interfaces, and system design behaviors.
• Pre‑planned or ad‑hoc scheduling and situational awareness of satellites and payloads capabilities to track missiles.
• Analysis and fusion of missile tracking data provided by satellite to the ground for processing and rapidly providing and disseminating the information.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Salary Range

$138,000 — $153,000 USD
