Job summary

Precise Systems seeks an Associate Engineer to support the STANDARD Missile Engineering branch with In-Service Engineering tasks including Event Mitigation, Tactical Operations, Test and Integration, Fleet Introduction, Training, and Life Cycle Support. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and up to 2 years in an engineering role; U.S.

citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 0-2 years in engineering related field; systems engineering preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide In-Service Engineering (ISE) technical and life cycle support for STANDARD Missiles and AURs.
• Review design documentation, drawings and reports related to missiles and maintenance.
• Analyze new initiatives and industry best practices for missile processes.
• Investigate in-service maintenance issues onboard ships and facilities.
• Prepare and coordinate presentation materials for meetings and reviews.
• Provide technical support in program plans, schedules, cost estimates, and action items.
• Prepare and track STANDARD Missile Key Events Schedules & Milestones.
