Job summary

Anduril Industries is looking for a System Safety Engineer to join their Air Dominance & Strike team. You will leverage advanced Reliability & System Safety tools to ensure product safety and compliance with military standards. This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in the defense industry and a B.S. in a relevant engineering field.

The position offers comprehensive healthcare benefits, generous time off, and a competitive salary range of $146,000 – $220,000 USD.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience as a System Safety Engineer or equivalent.
  • Experience with safety-critical hardware & software systems in the defense industry.
  • Strong background in safety analysis techniques, including FTA, FHA, SCFTA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored System Safety program plans.
  • Conduct and review complex safety analyses.
  • Lead and triage all Safety corrective actions from RCCA investigations.
