Responsabilités

• Operate production equipment according to work instructions, specifications, and safety standards.
• Perform production tasks while meeting quality, productivity, and efficiency expectations.
• Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools to verify quality standards.
• Accurately complete production logs, records, and documentation while reporting defects or quality concerns.
• Inspect equipment prior to operation and perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
• Assist machine operators and support production activities throughout the facility.
• Move materials, clean work areas, and provide general plant support based on business needs.
• Manually load and unload drums inside trailers, including working in hot, non-climate-controlled environments.
• Remove drums from conveyor systems and safely stack them in trailers according to loading requirements.
• Perform repetitive physical activities including lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to support team coverage and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
