Job summary

Intermountain Health in Ogden, UT seeks a MIS fellowship-trained general surgeon to join four-surgeon team at McKay-Dee Hospital. You’ll perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive foregut procedures and collaborate closely with APPs to deliver outstanding patient care.

Clinic 1–2 days/week, 8:30–4:30; call is 1:5. The package includes a competitive base salary with productivity incentives, a $30k sign-on bonus, relocation up to $20k, and up to $30k continuous improvement incentive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-training experience.
• Advanced GI MIS Fellowship training required.
• ACGME Residency training in General Surgery.
• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIS and robotic foregut procedures in a team-based setting.
• Collaborate with APPs and surgical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Clinic 1–2 days per week (8:30am–4:30pm).
• Manage call schedule and participate in ongoing quality improvement.
