The Seattle Mariners are recruiting Minor League Development Interns to support video and technology operations for their Minor League affiliates. Start by March 1, 2027; end date depends on the 2027 season.

Positions are based at Mariners Affiliates: AAA Tacoma, AA Arkansas, A+ Everett, A- Inland Empire, and Rookie level Peoria. The role involves capturing, editing, and distributing video for coaching staff and players, providing advance scouting reports, and operating all relevant baseball

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• College coursework is preferred.
• Experience with baseball video/tech systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day video and technology operations for assigned Minor League team.
• Capture, edit, and distribute video for coaching staff and players.
• Provide advance scouting reports prior to home/road contests.
• Operate baseball technologies during home games and road trips.
