Join Minnesota Reading Corps as a tutor to help students become proficient readers and grow with them. We are filling positions for the 2026-2027 school year and invite people from various backgrounds, including recent graduates, career changers, stay-at-home parents, and retirees.

With mentorship from on-site coaches and evidence-based strategies, tutors are equipped to make a lasting impact while maintaining daytime hours and a predictable schedule.

Benefits & Compensation

• A paycheck every two weeks.
• Additional money for college tuition or student loans. Tutors 55+ may gift this to their child, grandchild, stepchild, step‑grandchild, or foster child.
