Weatherby Healthcare is offering a hospital-based pathology locum-tenens position in Fergus Falls, MN. The role involves grossing and handling a busy caseload, with about 30 cases per day and a 2 weeks-per-month commitment.

A pathologist assistant is not on staff, so the candidate must be comfortable grossing and processing specimens. The job requires experience with breast, prostate, GI, and gynecologic biopsies; grossing can take 1–2 hours per day.

• Must be comfortable grossing specimens.
• Bone marrow biopsy experience is a plus.
• Breast, prostate, GI and gyn biopsies are part of the case mix.

• Perform hospital-based pathology cases, including grossing.
• Handle ~30 cases per day with efficient turnaround.
• Work two weeks per month on assignment with 6-month initial commitment.
