Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.

Responsibilities

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan and spiritual life.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Recruit and train new leaders to build a leadership team.
• Plan and execute area fundraising events under supervision.
• Proclaiming and modeling ministry through contact work, club, and camp.
