Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide guidance under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction and assign workflows to maintenance teams for daily mining operations.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and onboarding documentation for ramp-up and consistency.
• Oversee onsite contractor activity, track progress, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain SOX-compliant inventory records for miners (settings, hash rate, repair status).
• Support employee relations and disciplinary guidance for supervisors; participate in on-call rotation.
• Manage procurement by submitting and approving purchase orders and tracking spend.
• Assist hiring for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians with interview input and feedback.
• Drive improvements by researching repair best practices and coordinating external training.
