Qualifications

• Previous labor experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• MSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in rugged outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general physical labor duties in support of mining operations.
• Assist with site cleanup, shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal.
• Support equipment operators and maintenance crews.
