Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of operators, laborers, and support personnel.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment utilization and workforce productivity.

• Conduct daily safety meetings, job briefings, and shift handoffs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.

• Complete required reports, documentation, and production tracking.
