Job summary

Origin Mining Company is seeking an E/I Foreman to lead a team focused on the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems at the Mineral Park mine in Arizona. This role requires at least 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, with a preference for candidates from mining, manufacturing, or industrial construction backgrounds. Responsibilities include supervising E/I technicians, ensuring safety, troubleshooting equipment, and performing preventive maintenance. Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, motor controls, and instrumentation is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, ideally in mining.
• Prior leadership experience supervising small teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems and motor controls.
