Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Mining Economist and Project Finance Specialist to support the USTDA Global Critical Minerals Project Scoping Services. You will evaluate project economics, financial models, investment risks and funding structures.

This position is contingent on contract award with an anticipated two-year period of performance. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, assisting scoping, reporting, stakeholder consultations, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with international project experience preferred.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Experience in critical minerals, mining infrastructure, Africa, Latin America, or Indo-Pacific assignments preferred.
• This position is subject to U.S. Government contract requirements, including citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking an experienced Mining Economist andProject Finance Specialistwho will support the USTDA Global Critical Minerals Project Scoping Services. You will evaluate project economics, financial models, investment risks and funding structures.

This position is contingent upon contract award of the contract. If awarded, the anticipated period of performance will be approximately two years.
