What You’ll Need

• Previous experience in construction, mining, heavy equipment, agriculture, outdoor labor, or related industry
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years, no DUIs)
• Ability to pass ATF background check for explosive handling
• Pre‑employment and random drug testing (zero‑tolerance policy, including marijuana)
• Physical stamina: able to lift 75 pounds and work long hours on feet
• Willingness to travel frequently and work extended rotations (4 weeks on/1 week off for some projects)
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safety
