The ideal candidate is Board Certified in OB/GYN, completed MIGS fellowship, and holds Ohio licensure (or willingness to obtain). Shared clinic and OR leadership opportunities available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide MIGS surgical care within an employed physician group.
• Participate in pelvic health services including evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, and related conditions.
• Support education and participate in academic activities with NEOMed.

Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon

Summa Health is seeking a MIGS Specialist to join our employed physician group. We are currently considering surgical applicants. The surgeon should also have an interest in pelvic medicine. Our practice includes all aspects of pelvic health including but not limited to pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, vulvar disease, colposcopy, trigger point injections, and minimally invasive surgery. The position does not include obstetrics.

The selected candidate will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice of nearly 700 providers employed by the Summa Health System. Summa Health - headquartered in Akron, Ohio - is one of the largest integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems in the state. With 2 hospitals and 20+ health centers, Summa Health provides access to care throughout the region.
