Job Description

To promote Omni and Heron’s Cove Mini Golf to our resort guests, club members and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

1. Maintain a clean and safe mini golf course
2. Keep the rental station organized and clean
3. Manage with fair play and sportsmanlike conduct
4. Develop tournament formats and implement fun activities for all visitors
5. Maintain golf clubs, balls, and course to meet guest standards
6. Responsible for the inventory of the hut as well as displays
7. Responsible for Point of Sales system, cash handling, and cash drawer management
8. Accountable for maintaining a clean and sanitary station for F&B items
9. Knowledge of mini golf and equipment

Hotel Specific Functions:

1. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels culture, rules, and regulations
2. Answer phones using the proper "Moments of Service" scenario
3. Provide guests with cheerful, personable, efficient service
4. Responsible for a clean and professional appearance of uniforms
5. Fully understand and implement "Moments of Service" and “Power of Engagement”
6. Interact with every guest using Omni Standards
7. Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and property specifics

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 16 years of age
2. Able to lift 30-50 pounds
3. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
4. Must be able to hear and have good or corrected vision
5. Associate must be able to communicate verbally to our guests
6. Able to multitask effectively
