Soho House & Co in Los Angeles is seeking a Mini Bar Attendant to maintain the Mini Bar Closet with par stock, stacking and cleanliness while delivering excellent service and memorable experiences to guests and members. You will be an extension of the brand and the global food and drink program, maintaining professional behavior and a positive energy to foster a fun, sales-driven environment.

The role involves cleaning mini-bars daily, tracking stock, checking for expired items, and restocking

Qualifications

• Basic verbal communication is required.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities

• Keep Mini-bar Closets clean and perform daily mini-bar cleaning.
• Track and complete daily mini-bar stock worksheets.
• Maintain par stock, stacking and cleanliness of the Mini-Bar closet.
• Ensure products are not expired and remove as needed.
• Service assigned floors and rooms requiring Mini-Bar.
• Replace dirty dishes with clean ones in the Mini-Bar.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
