Job description

In this role as a Mini-Bar Attendant, you are responsible for providing guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained honor bar.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Thrive in details and organization.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
  • Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Take accurate inventory of all in-room honor bars.
  • Organize the stock room and replenish products as needed.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, which may vary according to hotel needs.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Restock mini-bars as needed.
  • Draft charge slips for proper billing of products consumed overnight.
  • Clean and maintain mini-bars according to standard operating procedures.
  • Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees at all times.
  • Familiarize yourself with the organization of the hotel and the function of each department.
  • Perform opening procedures and side work duties.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management.
