We are looking for dependable, experienced title professionals with a strong background in mineral title research and abstracting primarily in the Appalachian Basin.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Performing complex Mineral title and surface ownership research with proper adverse of documents
• Prepare detailed and organized title materials for review by title manager
• Deed Plotting and Flow Charts
• Courthouse and online records research for remote work and on-site searches as required
• Familiarity with Appalachian Basin title standards and terminology

Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently running title from the appropriate source through current ownership.
