Job summary

Doe Run Company is looking for a Summer 2027 Technical Services/Mine Planning Intern to gain hands-on experience at the Buick Mine area in Boss, MO. Pay is $21.50 per hour and the internship supports project planning and field operations.

You will assist with project management, data analysis, and collaboration with operations teams, while complying with EHS policies. Current enrollment in Mine Engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Mine Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.2.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management tasks, data analysis, and research to support project deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to understand assigned departments and/or operations.
• Field work to support and understand business and overall operational processes.
• Follow EHS policies, procedures, and best practices; report unsafe acts or conditions; support continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
