Responsibilities

• Participate in hands‑on learning across quarry operations, including mine planning, safety, equipment evaluation, and process optimization.
• Develop short‑, medium‑, and long‑term mine plans, including pit shell designs, stripping plans, waste development plans, and reclamation plans.
• Prepare geological models and perform resource and reserve estimations.
• Develop life‑of‑mine plans with phased development schedules, milestones, and cost inputs.
• Provide design parameters and volume calculations to support capital and acquisition projects.
• Collaborate with regional management, geologists, project managers, and engineers to evaluate mineral quantity and quality.
• Ensure mine plans align with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company objectives.
