The role is based at the Brushy Creek Mine in Boss, MO, with potential location shifts to support production needs in the Viburnum Trend area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years mine operations management experience.
• MSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term mine plans with management and departments.
• Ensure goals are communicated and tracked with front-line leaders.
• Oversee labor planning and performance management to meet mine needs.
• Collaborate daily with site team to resolve production issues.
• Lead annual budgeting process for the department and adjust as needed.
• Oversee MSHA inspections and document findings, driving improvements.
• Ensure EHS compliance and accountability across teams.
