Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in administrative support or 1 year in mine operations/maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees comply with Pinto Valley Mine and MSHA safety guidelines
• Maintain and monitor crew timesheet accuracy for payroll
• Process Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry Sheets
• Provide administrative support to the Mine Maintenance Department
• Maintain department inventories and filing of paperwork
• Communicate with management and vendors
