Position Overview

Commercial Industrial Corp. is a Heavy/Highway Construction company based in Marion County, FL, and is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator. CIC offers paid vacation, paid health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) with employer matching.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate heavy machinery (excavator, loader, haul trucks, dozers, etc.)
• Must be able to demonstrate safe driving habits
• Implement safe workplace practices
• Must be able to operate hand/power/pneumatic tools
• Experience with GPS is a plus

Other Requirements

• 2-3 years of excavator experience is required
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work flexible hours
