The Mine Engineer provides technical engineering support for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of an open-pit gold mine. This role supports mine planning, production scheduling, drill-and-blast design, ore control, geotechnical monitoring, and operational performance analysis. Working closely with Operations, Geology, Survey, Processing, Maintenance, and Environmental teams, the Mine Engineer develops practical mine plans, monitors mining performance, and identifies opportunities to improve safety, productivity, cost, and gold recovery.
