Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking an operations leader to build and run our MIM manufacturing operations. You will oversee day-to-day production, set technical direction, and help scale a growing MIM program.

The role demands 7+ years in MIM, a bachelor’s in a technical field, and proven leadership of technical teams. You’ll work with metallurgists and customers to deliver quality, on-time results and drive future growth.

The Opportunity

Metal Injection Molding is a new growth area for this manufacturer, and you would be the individual responsible for advancing its MIM manufacturing operations. You would lead day-to-day MIM production and serve as the technical authority on the process, with a base of $145,000-$165,000 and a 20% bonus.
