Qualifications

• Incoming junior or senior (graduation within 1-2 years).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Management, Communications, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Support Life Underwriting workflows and select cases.
• Assist case managers and underwriters with progression of life insurance applications.
• Analyze data and operational trends to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to projects to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Assist with field engagement activities and meeting preparation.
• Develop presentations and training materials on underwriting best practices.
• Research field feedback and advisor insights to improve the experience.
• Collaborate with underwriting operations to resolve issues.
