Trillium Staffing is seeking a Millwright Supervisor in Houston, TX for a direct-hire opportunity. The role leads technicians, guides assembly of overhead crane systems, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time production.

You will oversee installation, alignment of hoists, gearboxes, motors, and drive systems, manage workflow, read mechanical drawings, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of team leadership/management in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Knowledge of mechanical tolerances, precision measurement tools, and alignment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technicians.
• Oversee installation and alignment of hoists, gearboxes, motors, bearings, couplings, and drive systems.
• Coordinate workflow and manpower to meet production schedules.
• Ensure assemblies meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical fit-up, alignment, and performance issues.
• Drive first-pass quality while minimizing rework and delays.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
