Job summary

CL Construction is seeking an experienced Millwright Superintendent to lead field crews on agricultural and industrial projects in Lincoln, NE. This hands-on leadership role requires deep millwright expertise, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to keep jobs moving in the field.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in millwright or industrial construction and at least 1 year in a leadership role. Travel about 50% with per diem for overnight stays is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of millwright or industrial construction experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership role (Foreman, Lead, or Superintendent).
• Experience working in agricultural, industrial, or commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and crew supervision.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field execution.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for millwright crews on active job sites.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, schedules, and work sequencing.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and lead jobsite safety meetings.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and project plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and leadership.
• Track labor hours, equipment use, and material needs.
• Solve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule.
• Travel approximately 50% (overnight travel includes per diem).

CL Construction is hiring an experienced Millwright Superintendent to lead field crews on agricultural and industrial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows millwright work, values safety, and can keep jobs moving efficiently in the field.

This position is well suited for candidates with previous leadership experience in millwright, agricultural, industrial, or commercial construction environments.

What You'll Do
