Job summary

Yale Mechanical seeks a Millwright Project Manager to lead industrial equipment projects from concept to completion. You will build client relationships, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate across teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role blends hands-on millwright expertise with project management and business development, with opportunities to grow existing and new business. Ideal candidates have hands-on millwright experience, strong customer orientation, and at least three

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial or production facility equipment installation, repair, modification, relocation.
• Proven success managing industrial projects with budget, timeline, and resource control.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to network and communicate effectively.
• Experience with project estimation and sales processes.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive a team-based approach.
• Familiarity with CRM, estimating, and project financial management tools.
• Working knowledge of contract review; AIA documents preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum three years of relevant experience.
• PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, solutions-oriented relationships with customers.
• Serve as primary contact for client accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, prepare, and present estimates and proposals.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams on requirements and timelines.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and resources.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on projects and sales opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality results; support contract review and AIA materials.
