Job summary

Ulliman Schutte Construction, LLC is seeking skilled Pipefitters and Millwrights for Fort Collins, CO, to install, align, and maintain pipe systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment. You will read schematics, follow blueprints, and work with the project team on safety-conscious execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in piping/millwright roles, understand welding symbols, and hold U.S. work authorization. Join a team delivering critical utility infrastructure with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Pipefitter or Millwright.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and basic welding symbols.
• Familiarity with safety practices on active construction sites.
• Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, and repair exposed and buried pipe systems using multiple materials.
• Set and align pumps, motors, and mechanical process equipment.
• Perform general maintenance on facility mechanical systems.
• Work directly with the Superintendent to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding symbols.
• Apply safe work practices and uphold our strong safety culture.

Millwright & Pipefitter Daily Life
