Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights for a 15-day shutdown project at a Royal Canin facility in Lebanon, TN. You will perform mechanical rebuilds of an industrial dryer, including chains, gears, motors, and racks, with work from aerial lifts and scaffolding.

Candidates must have industrial millwright experience, be comfortable at heights, and provide their own basic hand tools. Per diem is paid at $140/day for 7 days a week, totaling $980 per week.

Job description

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Industrial Millwrights for a 15-day shutdown project starting Monday, September 28th at a Royal Canin facility in Lebanon, TN.

Millwrights will be responsible for the mechanical rebuild of an industrial dryer, including replacing chains, gears, motors, racks, and other mechanical components as required. This position will involve working from aerial lifts and scaffolding, so candidates must be comfortable working at heights and following all required site safety procedures. No welding will be required for this project; the work will be strictly focused on mechanical millwright duties, equipment rebuild, removal and installation of components, and general mechanical maintenance.

The shutdown is scheduled for Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with potential overtime available based on project needs. Pay for this position is $32/hour, with $140/day per diem paid all 7 days of the week, which equals $980 per week in per diem for candidates working the full schedule.

• Candidates must have previous industrial millwright experience to be considered and should be comfortable working independently in an industrial shutdown environment.
• Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools and wear standard PPE, including hard hat, clear safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, long pants, long sleeves, and a harness is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to commit to the full duration of the shutdown and successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings.
• Millwrights with strong mechanical troubleshooting, equipment rebuild, conveyor/dryer, chain, gear, motor, and rack replacement experience are highly preferred.
