Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional for a 4-day schedule, strong compensation, and Day One benefits in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment located in Bethlehem, PA. You will keep critical manufacturing, process, utility, and facility equipment operating safely and reliably.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining pumps, agitators, gearboxes, valves, gauges, and other equipment;

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical background.
  • Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
  • Experience troubleshooting pumps, agitators, gearboxes, motors, and related equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Proficient with CMMS/EAM systems, Excel, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain manufacturing and process equipment.
  • Disassemble and rebuild pumps, agitators, gearboxes, valves, gauges, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, motor, and basic instrumentation troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose rotating equipment to identify malfunctions and potential failures.
  • Fabricate and repair process and building components using a variety of shop tools and equipment.
  • Operate forklifts and man lifts as needed.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs.
  • Perform equipment installation, removal, rigging, and related maintenance activities.
  • Document work through the site's EAM/CMMS and work-order systems.
  • Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and storeroom processes.
