Job summary

Klassen Group Inc. in Redmond, OR is seeking a Millwright to own a preventive maintenance program and run it with true ownership. You will manage production lines, packaging, baling equipment, and plant systems, ensuring reliable operation and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience maintaining industrial plant systems: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and material‑handling equipment.
• Experience with production or packaging line maintenance is a strong asset.
• Trained and experienced in lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and hot work safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plant systems — production and packaging lines, baling equipment, conveyance, hydraulics, pneumatics, dust collection, and building systems — in safe, reliable operating condition.
• Diagnose root cause on breakdowns and restore equipment to full production capability.
• Execute the preventive maintenance schedule so failures are prevented rather than reacted to.
