Job summary

Franklin Industries is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Millwright) to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and improve equipment across the plant.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose failures, fabricate components, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and collaboration with operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of verifiable industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, and manuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and systems.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and servicing.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs.
• Fabricate components and install replacements or upgrades.
• Document repairs, inspections, and maintenance history in CMMS.
• Support safety policies and procedures and participate in safety training.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations teams.
